Tomaten-ui pachadi (raita)
- 1.5 cup yoghurt (ong 370 ml)
- 3 tomaten
- 1 kleine ui
- 2 groene chilipepers
- 2 tbs kokos
- 1 tsp suiker
- 2 tbs verse koriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
Klop de yoghurt, meng de rest erdoorheen.
