Serves me.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pink watermelon, sloppily chopped
- proper feta cheese
- freshly squeezed lemon, about 2 tbsp (or balsamico… As always)
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper (obviously)
- fresh mint leaves, chopped
- good olive oil
